Back to the studio after our week off!! Many of us went to the beach with family, some of us went to the mountains with friends, and some of us did the Staycation. It sounds like we all had a pretty good time, got rested and relaxed!
And now! It's time to start getting ready for SSK over in Nashville, TN in mid-July and Stitches Midwest in Schaumburg, IL in early August!! Come see us! We'll be doing some new things and have some new colors and project ideas which we will reveal as we get closer!

I have two active projects on my needles – the Salacious (Lisa Mutch) shawl in beach friendly colors and A Hap for Harriet (Kate Davies) in Bitter Bug from Old Maiden Aunt Yarns.
Stash knitting cha-Ching mitts and Wendy’s generic toe up socks, just finished passé-partout (free on ravelry) with local hand dyed and about to start yowza shawl – the new one with yowza joan of arc- bought at stitches west. My first babs.
I’m working on knitting pure and simple- little girl’s shrug. It’s a light summer sweater perfect to go over a sun dress. I’m making one for my 4 year old or and my 7 year old next.
I am currently working on Brickless by Martina Behm using Miss Babs Yowza What a Skein! in Space Truckin. I am also making a Multnomah for my best friend who graduates college in the fall with her Master’s Degree. Both of which I hope to have time to work on when I go to the beach.
