Rhinebeck Samples 2024

Rhinebeck Samples 2024

One of our favorite parts about Rhinebeck is getting to see all of the gorgeous sweaters and accessories people have worked so hard on all year. It's something of a knitwear fashion show! We certainly like to sport our own "Rhinebeck sweaters" in the booth, but we also make it a point to bring along a great number of samples in many different bases to help get you inspired! Take a look at some of the samples you can expect to see from us this year -

In Yowza:

The Sheep Camp Sweater by Jennifer Berg, knit in Linnet and Down to Earth, features 3/4 sleeves and an eye-catching arrow motif within the yoke.

The Granny Square Cardigan by Kaitlin Barthold, crocheted in a Yowza Mini Set of Six in Milk Chocolate, Sugar, Adobe, Bullfinch, Cordovan, and Corset.

The notorious Clapotis by Kate Gilbert, knit in one of our newest Babette colorways, Sans Souci

In Yummy 2-Ply:

The Fiber Fest Shawl by Stephen West, knit in our Yummy 2-Ply in Mix Tape 2.0, Sunrise Swim, and Hitchhiker’s Birthday.

Charmed, I'm Sure by our very own Veronica Ory, in another one of our newest Babette colorways, Charmed.

The Surfliner shawl by Cally Monster, originally designed for the San Diego Knitters Guild, knit in a set we created specially for this piece, called Watershed with Sandbank.

Sincerely Yours by Marilyn Woodruff - a crowd favorite this year! - knit in two gradient sets, Flamingos and Denim.

In Laurel Falls:

The Artus shawl by Natasja Hornsby, knit in one of the sets we created for this design, Mustard Seed with Moonscape, White Peppercorn, Cognac Amber and Palm Valley.

In Avon/Estrellita:

Paola Albergamo's latest design, Mosaicoscope, knit in one of the sets we created for this pattern. Paola's uses one skein each of Sunrise Swim in Estrellita and McHale's in Avon.

In Killington:

Framed by Andrea Mowry, knit in one of our Framed Sweater Sets, in White Peppercorn and Betta Fish with Kobold (we're betting we'll see more than a few of these this year!)

With days to spare, Ivy and Veronica finished knitting their coordinating Fall Medley pullovers (and weaving in all the ends!)

To create the coordinating palettes, they split skeins of Killington for the colorwork, using Cumin, Old Gold, and Roasted Pumpkin in both sweaters. The body of Ivy’s sweater is Cordovan, and Veronica’s is Sea Glass.

The Melting Pot DK Sweater by Alina Appasova, knit in Radiant Cloudscape, Apple Season and Mountain Meadow.

The Field Sweater by Camilla Vad in Through Hike.

In Neon Tweed:

The Triagonal Shawlette by Ambah O'Brien, knit with a modified stripe pattern in one skein of Obsidian and one skein of Hijinx.

Babs' Hat, a simple pattern knit in the Amethyst colorway.

Just Breathe by CJ Brady, crocheted in one bold skein of Cosmic Dust.

In Cupcake:
The Calypso Sweater by Black Cat Knitting Company, knit in Dark Cygnus and Dark Aquarius.

The Free For All Cowl by Jen Peck in Scarlet Pimpernel.
