Two contrasting colors worked in a mix of garter stitch and mosaic knitting make this shawl a fun and addictive knit. This shawl is worked in a mix of alternating garter stitch and mosaic bands in two colors. The effect of reversing the colors for the second half of the shawl provides some extra interest to this eye-catching item. Mosaic knitting is an easy colorwork technique that uses slipped stitches and only one color at a time. Choose your two favorite colors with good contrast to make this shawl so the mosaic motif shows well.
