Headless Roses

Barbara's husband has always asserted that the most romantic fictional couple is Morticia and Gomez Addams, and it is hard to argue with that assertion. Completely devoted to one another in all things, their love transcends all obstacles and is a constant in all of their tales. When she saw this stunning color named “You Rang?” from Miss Babs she just knew she needed to design a shawl for Morticia. Elegant and extravagant, Headless Roses features lace on each end with a simple texture pattern in between. Extra long shawls are fabulous for their styling flexibility and this one will allow you to channel your inner Morticia without being overtly literal or costume-y.

Our sample was knit in Miss Babs Katahdin in a Wild Iris colorway.
What You'll Need:
You'll need one skein of Katahdin to complete this project. Choose your favorite monochromatic or tonally variegated color for best effect!
