Pep Rally

Pep up your outfit with a fun and colorful cowl. Stockinette stitch stripes and bigger blocks of textured knitting come together in a simple project that helps make the most of mini skeins. I chose a set of ten mini skeins in colors that I found bright and cheerful - but this is also a great project for leftovers. This cowl is knit in the round from a provisional cast on to form a long tube which is then grafted to finish.
