Washingtonia

Designed by Veronica Ory

The angular forms of plants and the precise geometry with which many of them grow is a constant source of wonder and inspiration. Washingtonia is the name for several types of palm trees which have a lovely repetitive quality to their fronds. This asymmetrical triangular shawl begins small and may be adapted for any gauge or weight of yarn. This requires the use of a scale.

Sample Yarn and Colorway:

Our sample was knit in Miss Babs Keira in the Earl Grey colorway; we also have a second sample knit in Yowza in May Morning.

What You'll Need:

You'll need one skein of Keira to complete this project. Choose the original colorway below − or try another color!

Pattern:

The Washingtonia pattern is available on Ravelry and Payhip. All patterns are sold separately and not included with the purchase of yarn.
