Easy, and oh-so-soft, this cowl is perfect for you, or someone you want to knit a little comfort for! The Pillowy Cowl is a fast knit in Yowza Minis and Moonglow. You can play with color combinations, and enjoy this project anywhere, any time! You will be holding the Yowza Mini and the Moonglow together for the body of the cowl, and using the CC Yowza Mini held single for the ribbing. We have Pillowy Cowl Sets available for this pattern.

Yarn
Miss Babs Yowza Mini
100% superwash Merino wool; 200 yd / 2.8 oz (182m / 80g) skeins
1 skein in each of 2 colors, shown in Deep Sea Jellyfish (MC) and Sagrada (CC)
Or approximately 200 yards/180 meters of DK weight yarn in main color and 50 yards/45 meters in contrasting color.

Miss Babs Moonglow
72% Kid Mohair, 28% Silk; 435 yd / 1.7 oz (400m / 50g) skeins 1 skein, shown in Carnelian
Or approximately 200 yards/180 meters of laceweight yarn.

Circumference: 28”/70cm
Height: 14”/35 cm

Needles
• US 8 [5.0 mm] circular needle, 24”/60 cm or size to obtain gauge
• US 7 [4.5 mm] circular needle, 24”/60 cm or one size smaller than needle used to obtain gauge

Gauge
Blocked: 17 stitches and 23 rows = 4”/10 cm square in stockinette stitch.
Unblocked: 22 stitches and 24 rows = 4”/10 cm square in stockinette stitch.
Gauge is not crucial for this project, but will affect yardage and finished size if different from above.
